Main Purpose :
• Promote EFI’s technologies and product portfolio, defend existing projects and look for new opportunities.
• Prepare with the support of EFI’s technical team the most appropriate technical answer to the customers.
• Work closely with Business development department to build and propose the adequate EFI account strategy.
• Work closely with the Global Account Manager / Key Account Manager (GAM / KAM) to secure new business and achieve the turnover objectives for the Group.
Job description :
Main responsibilities:
Secure new business to reach turnover objectives:
- Work closely with GAM/KAM:
- To fill the RFQ Pipe from Customers.
- To convince customers that EFI is an expert partner for developing new solutions
- To build a strategy to win more business.
Manage the relationship with current and potential EFI’s Key Customers:
- Create a network on customer’s side with advanced research department, development center and project team.
- Present to customers EFI’s new technologies/products/views/approaches/solutions.
- Support and participate in regular technical days at customers and at Exhibitions.
Identify opportunities at customers and promote EFI’s products / technologies:
- Identify opportunities for developing new projects at customers with the support of the marketing department.
- Identify the needs for new products and new functions with the customer.
Voice of the Customer within EFI:
- Provide to business development team and technical team information related to customer applications.
- Be in connection with EFI’s subsidiaries to support the group worldwide.
Manage the Customer’s technical questions and requests:
- Answer all technical questions from customers for Advanced Project: RFI and RFQ.
- Work with EFI technical team (Electronic Engineer, CAD engineer, laboratory and Prototype team) to prepare the most appropriate technical answer to the customer.
- Co-ordinate identified actions with both technical and commercial teams at EFI’s subsidiaries.
Manage the RFI/RFQ Process
Profile, Experience, Training :
- Good engineer with years of experience
- Mechanical and/or electronic general training
SkillS :
- Excellent capacity to listen and dialog
Competences required :
- Fluent English
