To produce as close as possible to customers, EFI is located on all 5 continents and all production units use the same methodology and equipment, promoting reproducibility of quality and sharing of experience. However, to preserve flexibility, each site has a large autonomy to respond as closely as possible to the specificities of its market.

Logistics, quality and certification
The logistics flux is dictated by our customers’ requirements, which are delivered directly from the production sites. All logistics solutions can be considered and implemented to meet the needs of our customers. EFI Automotive wishes to establish long-term relationships with its suppliers who are able to develop a Product Quality Assurance approach. The group asks them to accept and comply with the rules of its Supplier Quality Assurance Manual and with regulatory automotive standards. In order to limit the environmental impact of its activities and ensure the safety of its employees, all EFI Automotive production sites are ISO 9001 – IATF 16949 certified for the automotive industry and ISO 14001 or are in the process of being certified.

The Korean car manufacturer Hyundai integrates an "intelligent" temperature management solution developed by EFI Automotive and the German equipment manufacturer Mann+Hummel on three engines in its range. After winning over PSA in 2013, the "intelligent" engine temperature management solution was adopted by another major international car manufacturer.
